is phasing out the present emailboxes that
were included with your intranet as of February 28,
2007. In its place, WebExOne will be offering the
new WebExMail, the business-class e-mail service you’ve
been waiting for. It’s integrated with
WebOffice and equipped with all the features
you’d expect from the world leader in online
collaboration.
WebEx Mail is the fully-hosted email that emulates
the speed and functionality of a desktop application
- on the web. There’s POP/IMAP support, powerful
Live Search, premium anti-virus & spam protection,
ample storage space and more. You even get
your own domain name (or use one you already
own). WebEx Mail is business email done right!
This new, state-of-the-art
email service will be offered as an optional
upgrade to your intranet service.
The New WebEx Mail Features Include:
- A powerful, intuitive webmail
client that gives you a desktop-like user experience.
- Custom domain support provides
a professional appearance with email from your domain
(you@yourcompany.com).
- Large 1GB mailboxes provide
plenty of space with the ability to add storage
as needed.

to check email at your desk or from your compatible
mobile device.

What
does the optional WebExMail Upgrade Cost? If
you choose WebExMail to be added on to your intranet
service, there will be an additional fee of $3.95
per mailbox per month. So, if your intranet has 5
users, your upgrade cost would be $3.95 x 5 mailboxes,
or $19.75 per month.
Do
I need my own domain? YES.
You can use a domain you have already registered,
or WebExOffice can purchase it for you for $9.95 per
year.
How
do I add WebExMail to my intranet? Simply
send an email to billing@va-nets.net, and be sure
to include the name of your intranet and phone number
where you can be reached.
