Calling Area
Customize the area that has access to your Kall8 number(s).
Spend time on the phone more productively with real
and potential customers. For example, if you are only
doing business in one part of the country, you can
allow calls to come through to you from only that
region and block all other callers. Similarly, if
you are doing business nationally except in one region,
you can block that one region from calling but allow
all other calls. You can also block specific phone
numbers from calling you. You can allow/block areas

Blocked calls can go to a message
that tells the caller that this is a non-working number
in their area, to a busy signal, or they can be sent
to voice mail.
Location
Specific Logins
Master logins, with which you will be able to utilize
and change all the Kall8 features (based on Kall8
number) . Location-specific logins, with which you
will only be able to view Call Detail (Real Time Call
Detail and View Call Detail) for the locations specified
for that login (based on ring-to number). If you want
to restrict the viewing possibilities of your employees,
go to this section and enter an individual location-specific
login for each one.

Payphone
Blocking Feature
You have the option of blocking your Kall8 number(s)
from receiving calls from payphones. This will not
only cut down on the possible wrong numbers for which
you would have to pay, but it will also save you the
extra cost of payphone calls. There is no monthly
charge for this feature, but there is a service charge
of $10 to turn it on (or off), as this must be done
manually.
The FCC requires that payphone
owners be reimbursed for the cost of using their phones
to make 800 toll free calls. The tariffed rate is
$.50 per call. (This charge is per call not per minute
and is in addition to the normal per minute rate.)
Fax
Capabilities
Forward your toll-free number to your fax machine,
better yet send it to your voice mail/fax system and
receive your faxes directly by email. This way you
can pick up your messages without going to the fax
machine.
