BILLING
ISSUES
Whom
do I contact with a billing issue or question?
Its easy - just send an email to: billing@va-nets.net,
or call 1-215-703-3443.

What
methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American
Express cards.
What
are your billing terms?
Payments are due monthly and are automatically billed
to your credit card on file on the due date. If
for any reason payment cant be processed, we notify
the customer immediately. If after seven days we
cannot collect payment, the intranet site will be
closed until the account is made current.
When
would I be billed for "extra users"?
If your intranet has users above the limit on your
chosen plan you will be charged an additional $9.00
per user.
Additional users in existence at the time of the
monthly site census, at end of calendar month, will
be billed $9.00 per extra user to the credit card
on file on your next normal payment due date.
Fo example, you have a 15-user site, and you have
17 site users on October 31. On your next payment
date you will be charged the normal monthly fee,
plus $18.00 for the two extra users.

What
do I do if I have a technical or "how do I"
question with my intranet?
There are three ways to get user support
for your VA-Nets Intranet:
1. Send an email to help@webexone.com.
Be sure to mention the name of your intranet.
WebEx typically responds within a few hours.
2. Use the extensive context-sensitive help files
within your intranet to read about the isuue or
how-to.
3. Use the live chat feature within your intranet.
The chat help feature is available during normal
business hours (EST time zone).
